Voluntary support rules for Geno-Dice

1. Scope and recipients
https://geno-dice.com/ introduces Geno-Dice games, their shared universe, their creators and available ways to support their work. These rules explain the difference between support, payment for digital services and topping up your own Wallet balance.

Buttons in project goal cards link to the portal owner's support pages. Individual team-member cards contain those members' own support links. Check the actual recipient and terms on the collection page and payment confirmation. The entrepreneur details in the footer identify the portal owner; they do not by themselves determine the status of every external transfer. If the recipient or terms are unclear, ask before sending money.
2. External support platforms
A support button opens the recipient's page on an external platform, such as YooMoney, DonationAlerts or another platform identified in the card. Following the link does not itself transfer money or confirm an order.
Before transferring, check the recipient, purpose, amount, fees, recurring charges and platform terms. Available payment methods are determined on the external platform. Do not give the portal your full card details or payment verification codes.
Where the collection does not offer a specific item or service in return, support is not an order for a game, licence, game currency, item or service. It does not grant equity, profit-sharing, copyright or control over development. A development plan alone is not a commitment to a release date or feature.
If the recipient or platform offers a subscription, reward, product or service, read that specific offer first. Calling a button “Support” does not remove obligations arising from the actual offer or make every payment gratuitous. The word “support” does not assert charitable status for the project or a particular legal classification for every collection.
3. Wallet and paid features
Topping up your own balance at https://wallet.geno-dice.com/ is a separate action governed by the Wallet offer and payment and refund terms.
Sending support to a creator or project through an external platform does not by itself credit GC, create a Wallet order or purchase a paid feature. A Wallet top-up is not gratuitous support merely because its link appears on the support page.
4. Errors, cancellation and refunds
Contact the actual recipient and the platform used for the transaction. Provide the transaction reference, date, amount and a description of the problem, without full card details, passwords or verification codes. For a collection operated by the portal owner, contact info@geno-dice.com.
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the nature of the transaction, the specific offer and applicable law. These rules do not impose a blanket non-refund policy or require you to waive access to your bank, payment provider, courts or competent authorities. Paid services and Wallet advances are governed by their relevant terms, irrespective of an informal “donation” label.
5. Data and revisions
The privacy policy describes processing on the portal. External platforms provide their own privacy information.
A new revision applies to subsequent actions from publication. It does not automatically alter existing contracts, completed transfers or mandatory rights.
