Geno-Dice Proprietary Materials Licence

Version portal-license-2026-10-20. Applies from publication.

1. Licensor and scope

Licensor: Individual Entrepreneur IVANOV VASILII SERGEEVICH, INN 227500746341, OGRNIP 326220200084687. Contact: info@geno-dice.com.

This document sets general terms for proprietary Geno-Dice software and related materials that the licensor is entitled to license. It does not claim other authors' rights or replace third-party component licences or separate contracts.

Ordinary viewing of the portal is permitted for its intended visitor use. Visiting the site, sending support or joining a discussion does not itself grant access to private source code, internal materials or paid software.

2. Permission granted

A lawful user receives limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the software available to them for its intended user purpose and within the terms of the particular version or offer.

This general permission does not define the subject matter or price of a future purchase. For paid versions, the scope, delivery method, duration, territory and remuneration are specified in the relevant offer or contract before acceptance.

A team member receives access and permission to modify materials only within separately agreed work and applicable repository rules.

3. Restrictions

Without separate permission, users may not distribute, sell, lease, sublicense or disclose private software, source code or non-public materials, remove rights notices or bypass access controls.

Modification, decompilation and other acts are permitted within the granted permission and mandatory statutory exceptions. This document does not prohibit acts that the law expressly permits without the rights holder's consent.

4. Contributions and confidentiality

Use of a contributor's work depends on their rights, the agreement with them and applicable law. Accepting a repository change does not itself replace a necessary rights agreement.

Non-public information obtained through authorised access must remain confidential within the applicable agreement and law, including after cooperation ends. Ending access does not erase authorship or contribution history.

The Charter expresses the team's cultural promise to respect contributions and the possibility of future cooperation. It does not guarantee employment, payment, access, a role or a particular contract.

5. Ending access

Access may end when authorisation expires, terms are breached or system protection requires it, subject to specific contractual obligations and mandatory user rights. When permission ends, users must cease use outside its scope and return or delete confidential copies where required by agreement and law.

6. Software condition and liability

Unless a specific contract or mandatory rule provides otherwise, software is provided in its current condition and as available. An “in development” label does not promise error-free operation, continuous availability or release of a particular feature by a particular date.

Warranty and liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. They do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, contractual liability or statutory refund and compensation claims.

7. Components and separate terms

A component published under a separate licence remains subject to that licence. Specific games, builds, stores, paid services and cooperation may have separate terms that take priority for their subject matter.

Russian law applies, without excluding other mandatory rules applicable to the particular relationship. For rights and permission enquiries, contact info@geno-dice.com.
