This Crowdfunding & Donation Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a public offer and governs the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur [YOUR FULL NAME IN LATIN, e.g., IVAN IVANOV], operating under the laws of the Russian Federation (the "Developer", "we", "us"), and any individual who makes a financial contribution through the website geno-dice.com (the "Contributor", "you").
By making a financial contribution (donation) on this website, you explicitly and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
1.1. All financial contributions made through geno-dice.com are voluntary, non-repayable funds intended solely to support the ongoing development, maintenance, server infrastructure expansion, and budget of the proprietary software project known as "Geno-Dice".
1.2. The Contributor acknowledges that their contribution is an act of goodwill and a gratuitous gift under Article 572 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation to help the independent development team. It does not constitute a commercial purchase of a final product, software license, stock, equity, or profit-sharing in the project.
2.1. This website (geno-dice.com) does not sell digital goods, commercial licenses, or in-game currencies. All commercial transactions, including the acquisition of advanced software access, virtual currency, or in-game values, are processed exclusively on the official game platform at wratixor.ru under a separate End User License Agreement (EULA).
2.2. Making a donation on geno-dice.com is purely gratuitous and does not guarantee, legally bind, or obligate the Developer to provide the Contributor with any specific inside-game items, titles, privileges, or early access on any game server.
3.1. Since all transactions performed on this website are voluntary, unconditional donations for crowdfunding purposes, and the project development resources are allocated immediately, all contributions are strictly non-refundable.
3.2. By completing a transaction, the Contributor explicitly agrees that the service of processing the donation is fulfilled at the moment of payment and waives any right to dispute the transaction through their banking institution or payment processor (chargeback/friendly fraud).
4.1. The Geno-Dice software project is proprietary and confidential. Open-source elements are limited strictly to specific web repositories designated by the Developer (e.g., official GitHub repositories under appropriate open licenses).
4.2. Financial support from the Contributor does not grant them any intellectual property rights, copyright, or modification rights over the Geno-Dice software, its visual assets, or its source code.
THE CROWDFUNDED SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND SERVER INFRASTRUCTURE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE DEVELOPER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE EXACT TIME OF THE FINAL GAME RELEASE, INDEFINITE SERVER UPTIME, OR TOTAL ABSENCE OF SOFTWARE BUGS.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from this agreement that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the Developer’s registered business address in the Russian Federation.
