Geno-Dice portal terms and service information

1. Owner and purpose

https://geno-dice.com/ is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Ivanov Vasilii Sergeevich, INN 227500746341, OGRNIP 326220200084687. Contact: info@geno-dice.com.

The portal introduces Geno-Dice games, their universe and creators. It links to web versions, available builds, stores and support options, and invites collaboration. Each game card or service page identifies what is actually available.

These terms cover the informational portal. They are not a universal offer to purchase every described game, build or service. A specific paid offer must separately identify the provider or seller, subject, price, ordering procedure and applicable terms.

2. Games and materials

Following a game link does not itself purchase a licence or guarantee a build for every operating system. Launch conditions, system requirements, licensing and availability apply to the particular version. A build or store offer is available only where an active offer has actually been published.

Portal materials and software are protected by their respective rights holders. Applicable licences govern software and third-party components. Browsing the portal or sending support does not itself transfer exclusive rights in materials or software.

Development statuses, concepts, illustrations and plans describe the project. They do not by themselves create a paid order or a commitment to a particular result or delivery date. Existing contractual obligations remain governed by the contract and mandatory law.

3. Wallet, stores and support

Wallet top-ups and orders for paid digital features are governed by the Wallet offer, payment and refund terms and the specific order. The order interface must provide the information needed before payment is confirmed.

For a store purchase, check the seller and the store terms applicable to that offer. They do not remove mandatory consumer rights or the responsibility of the appropriate contracting party.

Voluntary support for the project or a creator is described in the support rules. It must not be confused with topping up your own balance or ordering a service.

4. Contact and collaboration

For portal questions, incorrect links or collaboration proposals, contact info@geno-dice.com. Payment enquiries should identify the service, transaction reference, date and amount, without passwords or payment verification codes.

The invitation to join and the charter describe opportunities and team principles. Sending an email does not itself create employment, a services contract, a transfer of rights or an obligation to work without payment. Specific collaboration terms are agreed separately.

5. Availability and user rights

We may maintain the portal and correct its materials. This does not release the appropriate provider from existing contractual obligations. External services are responsible for their operations under applicable terms and law. Listing an external link does not remove obligations arising from the portal owner's own actions or a particular offer.

These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of refunds, complaints or legal remedies. Paid services remain subject to their contracts and mandatory rights, including applicable rights of cancellation and refund.

6. Data and revisions

The privacy policy explains data processing. Visiting the portal is not separate consent to advertising, public disclosure of personal data or other optional purposes.

A new revision applies prospectively from publication. It does not automatically alter previously accepted contracts, completed orders or mandatory rights.
