Geno-Dice portal personal data policy
Version portal-privacy-2026-10-20. Applies from publication.
1. Operator and scope
Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Ivanov Vasilii Sergeevich, INN 227500746341, OGRNIP 326220200084687. Data protection contact: info@geno-dice.com.
This policy describes processing when visiting https://geno-dice.com/ and contacting the portal owner. The portal presents Geno-Dice games, their world, creators, support options and collaboration opportunities.
When opening Wallet, Arena, MiniApp, a store or an external support platform, read that service's documents. Its data and purposes may differ from those of the informational portal. Wallet information is available at https://wallet.geno-dice.com/legal/privacy and https://wallet.geno-dice.com/legal/personal-data.
2. Data and purposes
Serving a page requires the server to receive technical information, including the IP address, browser information, requested address, time and connection parameters. Access and error logs may contain this information. It is used to operate the site, diagnose problems, prevent abuse and investigate failures.
If you email us, we process your sender address, any name supplied, the message, attachments and correspondence details to answer, consider your request, discuss collaboration or fulfil related obligations. Do not send passwords, payment verification codes, full card details or unnecessary documents.
Protected administrative access may involve editor account details, service sessions and action records. Public browsing does not require an editor account.
Enquiries concerning previous portal payments may require retained receipt email addresses, transaction references, amounts, statuses and accounting information. Browsing the catalogue does not itself create a payment or order. New Wallet and external-platform operations follow their respective documents.
Following an external link does not itself give the portal full card details or payment verification codes. Do not enter them on informational portal pages.
3. Browser settings and analytics
The light/dark preference is stored locally in your browser. The portal's theme switch scripts do not send the preference value to the server. It remains until changed or cleared with the site's browser data. Public language follows the URL: English without a prefix, Russian under /ru/.
Service functions and protected administrative access may use session cookies and request-protection mechanisms. These differ from advertising tracking. Under this revision, the portal does not connect Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics or other analytics or advertising tracking systems.
No analytics does not mean no server-side technical data. Browser restrictions may affect service functions.
4. Grounds for processing
Processing is limited to identified purposes and a ground available under applicable law: performing a contract or acting at the individual's request before a contract, meeting legal obligations, exercising rights and legitimate interests while respecting individual rights, or separate consent where required.
This policy provides information; it is not blanket consent. Browsing does not replace separate consent for optional advertising, mailing lists, public disclosure or other purposes requiring it. Withdrawing consent does not end processing that still has another lawful ground.
5. Processing methods, access and location
Processing includes receiving, recording, organising, accumulating, storing, correcting, retrieving, using, providing to authorised persons, restricting, deleting and destroying data for the stated purposes. Website and email tools are automated; authorised people also handle enquiries. The portal does not make decisions with legal effects for a visitor solely through automated processing.
The portal web server is hosted by FirstVDS in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. FirstVDS identifies AO IOT as its service provider in its published company details. The info@geno-dice.com mailbox uses FirstVDS Exchange; its service panel identifies the primary data centre as IXcellerate, Moscow, Russia. Visit-related technical data is processed by the web-server infrastructure; correspondence is handled by the mail infrastructure and authorised recipients of enquiries. The primary mail data centre alone does not establish the location of all service logs or customer copies.
The operator and authorised persons have access limited to the relevant purpose; infrastructure providers handle data within their services and applicable contractual obligations. Disclosure to authorities requires a lawful ground. Sending an enquiry does not make its contents public.
When you follow an external link, the destination processes information about your visit under its own rules. The link does not automatically transfer the contents of your correspondence with the operator. This policy does not replace the terms of Wallet, stores or support platforms.
6. Retention and deletion
Ordinary correspondence is retained while needed to handle the enquiry or agree and carry out cooperation. Once its purpose has been achieved, data must be deleted or destroyed within the statutory period unless another lawful ground applies. Contractual, accounting and claim-related information is kept for periods required for the relevant obligations and protection of rights; these grounds do not automatically apply to every message.
Deleted mailbox items use a 14-day recovery period according to the displayed Exchange setting. This does not mean automatic deletion of all correspondence every 14 days. According to FirstVDS, the provider does not create automatic backups of messages, contacts or calendars. The operator also does not create separate customer backups of this mailbox, including PST exports.
Mail-service logs use the provider's standard retention settings; this policy does not state a fixed calendar period. Web-server logs use Nginx daily / rotate 14, retaining 14 archives with daily rotation. This setting does not determine retention of all technical data. Application records also go to the journald system journal; no single calendar retention period is established for it here.
The theme preference stays in your browser until changed or cleared. Service account data is used during authorised access; access is closed when the authorisation ends, while necessary security and accounting records may be retained on the relevant ground.
Deletion takes account of applicable retention obligations and existing copies. Restoration from a copy does not justify resuming processing of data that must be deleted: the deletion must be respected during restoration. Contact info@geno-dice.com to clarify the retention period applicable to your data.
7. Security and rights
The operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures appropriate to the processing: restricted access, protected connections and service accounts, authority controls and incident handling. This description is not a guarantee that technical failures can never occur.
You may request processing information, correction, restriction or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Contact info@geno-dice.com and identify the service and data concerned. The operator may request sufficient proof of identity or authority without collecting excessive documents. Enquiries are handled within the periods required by applicable law.
8. Versions and applicable law
Processing is subject to Russian law, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data, and other mandatory requirements applicable to the particular processing. A new version applies from publication unless it specifies a later date. Revising a policy does not retrospectively legitimise earlier processing or replace separate consent where required.
